Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at Dare County Regional Airport on Roanoke Island (Manteo). The address to our office is:

We are at the main terminal.  Drive straight down Airport Road & we are at the building that looks like a Big Blue Cottage straight ahead in the parking lot.  Walk onto the porch & we are the first office on the right before you walk through the double doors.  

Park right up front where it is convenient.




Q: How many people can go?
A: Our Cessna 172 can accommodate up to 3 passengers with a total combined weight of 500 lbs (on average). The Cessna 172 is the most produced aircraft in history and it is the perfect platform for an aerial tour.  Our Waco Biplane can accommodate up to 2 passengers & a combined weight of just over 430lb.  The Waco Corporation has a remarkable safety record.

A: $35 Rides ALL DAY

Q: What if the weather is bad & we have to cancel?
A: The weather changes so rapidly here on the Outer Banks.  Don't get worried if you see "chance of thunderstorms" or high percentage of rain in the forecast.  That's almost always the forecast on a summer day on the Outer Banks.  We will attempt to reach you if there is an unexpected change to our schedule so please keep your phone available at least within 2 hours before your flight incase we are delayed for weather or in very rare instances need to reschedule.


Q: What should we wear?
A: We would suggest that you dress comfortably for the weather on the day of your tour.  If you're flying in the biplane in the in the fall or winter months be sure to dress very warmly!


Q: How do I sign up?
A: You can view available times and make a reservation right through the website! Once you sign up you will receive an email confirmation with information about your reservation.


Q: Can we bring a camera?
A: Absolutely! Our pilot and passenger windows have been recently replaced to provide a clear view that is perfect for taking pictures.

Q: Is there an age requirement?
A: We encourage youngsters to fly!  In-fact if your child is less than 24 months old they can ride in an adults lap.  Children will be accommodated with seat cushions for better visibility & small headsets for children.
